Firm Markets Limited Liability Company
Terms of use
These terms describe your agreement with Firm Markets Limited Liability Company when you use FIRM.
Effective October 1, 2026
Your agreement with FIRM
These terms govern firm.markets and FIRM services that link to them. “FIRM,” “we” and “us” mean Firm Markets Limited Liability Company, a Wyoming company. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it. Use must be permitted where you are located. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information.
What the service provides
FIRM provides tools to explore predictions about company and crypto milestones, publish measurable questions, record forecasts, follow evidence and use the market features made available on the site. Each feature's displayed mode and rules determine how it works.
Demo credits are simulated, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed. Free forecasts record an opinion and do not entitle you to a payout. A demo balance, example payout or token plan is not a deposit, investment or promise of a future payment. These terms do not activate real-money trading, a token launch or a feature that is otherwise unavailable. Any future funded service must be expressly enabled and accompanied by its applicable terms.
Accounts and connections
Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials, recovery information and connected wallets secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Only connect accounts and data sources you are entitled to use. A connected data source does not itself verify your ownership of a company, project or token, and a public project page does not confer control of that project.
Questions, evidence and outcomes
A question's published wording, measurement, source, cutoff, resolution process and missing-data rules govern its outcome. Read those details before participating. The market rules explain the mechanisms and templates. Questions can remain drafts, close or be cancelled when their published conditions require it.
Prices and forecasts express market or participant views, not guaranteed probabilities or results. Source data can be late, incomplete, disputed or unavailable. FIRM may review submissions, correct display errors and enforce published rules, but does not promise that every proposed question will be published or that every outcome will match your interpretation. Report a disputed result with its URL and supporting evidence through support.
Participation and market integrity
- Do not submit false evidence, impersonate a person or project, misrepresent ownership, or publish material you lack the right to use.
- Do not manipulate a source measurement, exploit a software defect, coordinate deceptive activity, or use multiple accounts to evade restrictions or manufacture participation.
- Do not interfere with security, overload the service, access another person's account, harvest private information, or bypass access controls.
- Do not publish unlawful, threatening, harassing or infringing material, or use confidential information in breach of a duty you owe.
- Follow the actions permitted by the question's published rules. Permission to promote a project or refer customers does not permit fabricated transactions, false claims or manipulation of evidence.
Your content and our software
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give FIRM a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce and display that content as needed to provide the service, including publishing and sharing material you make public. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license. Public prediction records, source evidence and outcome histories may need to remain available to preserve the record, subject to applicable privacy and other rights.
FIRM and its licensors retain rights in the software, design, branding and other material they provide. You may use the service for its intended purposes, subject to these terms. No right to use FIRM's marks as your own or imply its endorsement is granted. To report an intellectual-property concern, contact us with the material's URL, the right you claim and information sufficient to understand the issue.
Third parties and automated output
Data sources, identity providers, payment services, wallets and linked websites may have their own terms and availability limits. FIRM does not control their independent services. AI-assisted drafts, summaries and calculations can contain errors; review their sources, assumptions and proposed question details before publishing or relying on them. FIRM content is general product information and is not personalized investment, legal or tax advice.
Paid features
If FIRM offers a paid subscription or other purchase, the checkout must show its price, billing interval and applicable purchase terms before you pay. A subscription payment purchases the stated service, not a stake in a market or ownership of a company or token. Manage available subscriptions through the billing controls or contact support. Refunds, cancellation rights and any mandatory consumer protections follow the purchase terms and applicable law.
Availability and account restrictions
We may change or discontinue features and may restrict an account or remove content to address a breach of these terms, security threats, unlawful activity or a service problem. Where appropriate, contact support to ask for a review. You may stop using FIRM at any time and request account deletion under the Privacy policy. Ending access does not erase records that must be retained for an applicable legal obligation, dispute or the integrity of public outcome history.
Service limitations and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FIRM is provided as available without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee source accuracy, liquidity, a forecast's success, a project's performance or a future feature's availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FIRM is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities, resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Questions and disputes
Contact us through Contact and support so we can try to resolve an issue. Wyoming law governs these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to any mandatory rights to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive a right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
Changes and general terms
We may revise these terms as FIRM changes. We will publish the revised version with its effective date and provide additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively alter a published question's fixed resolution rules or accrued rights. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it. Contact Firm Markets Limited Liability Company through our support page with questions about these terms.
