Accounts and billing
For account access, include your FIRM handle and a description of the problem. For a purchase, include the receipt reference and the feature involved. Do not send a password, recovery code, wallet seed phrase or complete payment-card number. Open your account.
Questions and source evidence
Include the question or project URL, the rule or source you are asking about, and the evidence that supports your request. A clear source link and observation time help us investigate. Read the market rules.
Privacy requests
To request access, correction or deletion of your information, tell us what you want to do and provide the FIRM handle or relevant public URL. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting. Read the Privacy policy.
